How are rent payments and the bond handled?

Rent will be paid one day early.

Bond and first months rent will be paid as per the rental agreement.

Who takes responsibility?

We take full responsibility for cleaning and maintenance. After every stay, our professional team completes a detailed turnover. Our 24/7 operations triage issues and dispatch insured trades promptly. Minor repairs are actioned immediately; major works proceed with your approval. All guest contact is handled by us.
